About the Institute: Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth located at New Delhi is an autonomous organization under Ministry of Ayush, Govt of India. This is one among many other premier National Institutes of Ayush working under the supervision of Ministry of Ayush.

Programme Objective: To impart knowledge and understanding to participants about identification of flora at Gandhamardan Hills, Paikmal, Odisha through field visit.

Number of Participants: Approx. 30 participants.

Nature of Participants: Teachers, Researchers, PhD & PG scholars of Dravyaguna-Medicinal plant discipline.

Training Outcome: The academicians and scholars from Dravyaguna discipline will gain the knowledge and rich experience about the flora of the diverse field of Gandhamardan Hills, Paikmal, Odisha

Selection criteria- Preference will be given to teachers/researchers.

The selected participants will be informed through mail.

Note:-

• TA. will be provided only for teachers in the form of 2nd Class A.C. rail fare from shortest route, on reimbursement basis, for this travel.
• A modest accommodation (single occupancy for teachers and researchers, twin sharing basis scholars) from afternoon 4^th to 8^th January, 2023 morning would be arranged by RAV for the participants, subject to their confirmation.
• Ticket has to be booked/paid by themselves which will be reimbursed after submitting the original bills.
• The ticket can be purchased only from IRCTC/Ashoka Travels/Balmer & Lawrie. No reimbursement will be given if ticket will be purchased from any other site (such as – yatra.com, paytm etc.) including airlines website.
• Self-declaration certificate for physical fitness needs to be attached along with application form.
