On the occasion of 7th International Day of Yoga 2021, Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, an autonomous body under Ministry of AYUSH is celebrating Yoga Carnival from 14th to 17th June.
Suryanamaskar means Salutation to the Sun .It is an ancient technique of paying respects to the sun. Constituting of 12 different postures, it is a form of expressing gratitude to this source of all life on earth.

YOGA FOR CHILDREN
On the occasion of 7th International Day of Yoga 2021, Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, an autonomous body under Ministry of AYUSH is celebrating Yoga Carnival from 14th to 17th June. A series of yogic exercises have been commenced to create awareness among masses about benefits of Yoga for prevention of disease, management of different ailments with Yogic practices. Today’s video is about Yogic Exercises for children of age group 3-6 years.
