In present era Ayurveda is torching the new horizon not even in our own country but across the world as a holistic system of medicine. As per the calculations, 90% of Asia’s population practice Ayurvedic therapy be it home remedies, traditional practices, or any dietary practices, or undertake Ayurvedic treatment from an Ayurvedic doctor.
Latest Researches in Ayurveda are now taking this age-old system of medicine to new heights. This is attributed to the continuous efforts made by the researchers and clinicians in the field of Ayurveda. This advancement and latest developments need to be disseminated among the masses to create awareness and improving health of the mankind.
This task is being taken by Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth in the form of different initiatives like engagement of scholars for clinical training with eminent Gurus in the form of Guru Shishya Parampara under CRAV program. RAV also plays a key role in dissemination of Ayurveda knowledge through webinars as Gyan Ganga, workshops, e-Sanjeevani OPD and CME, So that the Ayurveda fraternity and scholars will be able to understand and practice Ayurveda in a better way.
Further, RAV as a nodal agency is also working for accreditation of Ayurveda courses across the globe (earlier which were not regulated under IMCC Act 1970) through Ayurveda Training Accreditation Board (ATAB) to provide quality education. These efforts definitely strengthen the medical ecosystem and make a strong contribution towards the goal of “Health for all” promotes a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
